Villa Sipo ____________

LIVING PAVILION
Villa Sipo’s expansive main pavilion is the focal point of the villa, and the place where guests congregate to relax and dine under the soaring white-painted ceiling, cooled by ceiling fans and open to the garden and main swimming pool. Two large five-seater sofas and five armchairs, all crafted from authentic rattan, provide ample space for lounging around, and the large flat-screen TV has a media player with over 600 movies. A huge hardwood dining table sits in the middle of the room and can accommodate up to 14 people for meals, and at the far end of the pavilion is a four-metre timber bar top, behind which sits an immaculate and fully-equipped open kitchen with large mirrored back walls, soft grey marble work surfaces and white cupboards where guests can mix drinks or prepare meals if they desire. A larger ‘wet’ kitchen is located in the rear where staff will prepare meals for guests from the menu.

MEDIA ROOM/ STUDY
Adjoining the master bedroom and with its own entrance to the garden is an air-conditioned media room/ study with a long, comfortable, purple Thai-fabric couch in front of a television, with a DVD player and over 60 cable channels. Here you can also find a selection of movies, games and puzzles for children of all ages.

They all have en-suite bathrooms, and both master suites have twin vanities and bathtubs. Three of the rooms having luxuriant outdoor showers in the true tropical style. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have safety boxes, three of the rooms have walk in wardrobes, while the other two have regular wardrobes. For parents who wish to be near their children, the master bedroom and the upstairs twin have been designed to adjoin through the media room, where a set of stairs leads up to the twin room, providing security and peace of mind for all.
